The price per gallon of two fuel products namely, premium and regular gasoline will observe a change at exactly midnight at fuel pumps across the country. Premium gasoline will see a decline of nineteen cents and here in Orange Walk the price will fall from eleven dollars and four cents to ten dollars and eighty-five cents. Regular gasoline, on the other hand, will see a slight increase of two cents going up from ten dollars and twelve cents to ten dollars and fourteen cents. Diesel and Kerosene will remain unchanged at ten dollars and sixteen cents and seven dollars and fifty cents, respectively.
According to the Ministry, such price changes come as a result of present demand and supply conditions of crude oil in world petroleum market as well as fluctuations in the acquisition price of refined fuel products in the countries from which Belize obtains its supplies.
