Screen_Shot_2017-12-12_at_7.55.07_PMThe family of murder victim Felix Ayuso have confirmed that the main suspect in the February murder of their loved has been finally caught in Mexico.

Vildo Lorenzo Westby’s WANTED poster advertising a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest had been circulating among regional authorities for various months. The Ayuso family, however, got information that Westby had been hiding in Chiapas, in the Mexican state of Veracruz, so they travelled there themselves.

There, they located Westby and Mexican authorities carried out his arrest. He is now currently in the custody of Mexican authorities and he is expected to be deported to Belize for the wheels of justice to take its course.

The resident of Chiapas who passed on information about Westby’s whereabouts has been given the reward for the assistance, which is now $13,000.

On February 2nd 43 year old Ayuso was found dead at home with multiple signs of injury. Ayuso was considered an activist in his community. He was a local entrepreneur and former President of the San Pedro AIDS Commission.
