ACP Joseph Myvette, Head of NCIB

“No, foul play is suspected but as is customary a post mortem is scheduled to be held to determine the cause of death, there were a form of scratches that would have been consistent with the fall if he fell down but that will be determined by the post mortem results.”

Police say they are communicating with the Mexican Embassy as the investigation develops.
